Dana Pitcher is a true Serial Entrepreneur.  He started his first successful business in high school as an exterminator. From there he became a General Contractor and prospered despite the restrictive regulations governing the industry in the state of Louisiana. Always up for new challenges he entered the entertainment industry and became a National Tour Promoter, a position with little to no African American presence. This led him into the Boxing world and became a thriving Promoter there as well. Later in 2010, he founded Solid Foundation Properties, LLC and under his stewardship the company has grown exponentially.  His ability to surround himself with exceptional people has led him to the same outcome time after time…Success!

Having served in Administrative and Executive positions for over 40 years, Coylette James is a consummate professional in any position she holds. She is well versed in the Field Services arena and has worked for Solid Foundation Properties (SFP) as Director of Operations for over 10 years.  When she came to SFP she brought her 28 years of experience as Director of Site Operations with Don King Productions with her.  Having traveled the world executing logistics for some of the largest sporting events in history equipped her to handle any administrative task before her.  Her people management skills are exceptional.  Whether working with fighters, venues, vendors, or Mortgage Industry Clients, Coylette is gifted with personable people skills and administrative savvy.  On a personal note, she is the Author of 7 books, Founder of two Ministries and holds a Doctorate in Divinity.

Stephen Rinderle has over twenty-five years in the construction industry beginning as a concrete forms carpenter, interior finishes carpenter and field engineer working on commercial high-rise office buildings, hotels, and apartment buildings. This experience transitioned to Interior Construction Superintendent overseeing office renovations for several Of Atlanta’s premier developments Such Galleria, Overlook and Concourse at Landmark Center. In 2010, he entered the Mortgage Servicing industry working for Altisource Solutions, Inc. in Property Inspections and Preservation capacity as a construction Subject Matter Expert. Steve built and managed a Bids Team using onshore and off-shore units and performed extensive process improvement as a Senior Manager of Global Operations. Joining Solid Foundation Properties in 2019 as their Bids Manager he has expanded that role to include Special Project Development and Process Improvement.

Heading up Solid Foundation Properties’ offshore operations as the Operations Director-Business Manager for Before First Solutions. Murgesh brings 17 years of extensive experience in Process Management and Process Transitioning to the Company. His expertise includes acting as an escalation gate to resolve critical issues pertaining to process, stakeholders, people management, etc. Skills in managing subject matter experts and business analysts for enhancing the performance and quality of service is a big plus along with being well versed in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements custom designing solutions and troubleshooting for complex information systems management. Prior to joining Solid’s team, Murgesh worked at Altisource Portfolio Solutions as Operations Manager and a team leader with Intelent Global Services and Country Wide Financial Services.

Pat has over 25 years’ experience combined in Mortgage Servicing, Vendor Management and Procurement, Accounts payable & Receivables Administration Management and Property Preservation Services with emphasis on residential real estate. With a focus on automation, data science and scaled platform development, She has led Cross-functional global teams in the U.S., South America, and Asia to establish a track record of success driving strategic and operation transformations throughout the years. Her career in this industry started with Ocwen Financial Corporation and transitioned to Altisource Solutions, Inc. Pat joined Solid Foundation Properties, LLC in 2019. Her focus is Vendor Management and Procurement as well as Compliance. She holds a MS in Education and a 3A in Business. She also holds several certifications including project Management, Event planning, Organization Development, HR Leadership and Six Sigma Black Belt. One of her proud accomplishments was to be featured in 2017 as an Honorable Mention in MReport — Women in Housing (60 women making a difference in the industry).

Santosh joins the SFP team with over 20 years of experience in operations management, planning and strategies. Ten+ years servicing GSE Properties from a preservation perspective at Altisource as the head of their GSE team. Brings a tactical approach built on prescriptive model, ability to command in executing a full-scale business operation to the engagement team. He believes in results and not expectations. Outsourcing management, onshore client/s engagement, service delivery, portfolio management are some of the many skills which he has gained during his professional journey. Results-driven and accomplished Managing Partner with a proven track record of driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client solutions, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, he has built a high-performing team that consistently surpasses expectations.

Roosevelt comes to Solid Foundation with an extensive background in mortgage servicing and relationship management having previously spent 25 years with Fannie Mae as a Senior Servicing Consultant and Servicing Manager. He currently serves as Solid Foundation Properties’ Business Operations Manager handling client relations, compliance and vendor sourcing. During his 25 years with Fannie Mae, he consulted and managed the servicing relationship with some of its largest customers such as Citigroup, Bank of America and Capital One assuring compliance and loss mitigation activities met or exceeded investor goals.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern University.

Crystal Davis is an experienced business process improvement practitioner and leadership development coach with over twenty years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of Lean Business System solutions, Crystal has spoken at Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence conferences around the world, She has accumulated extensive domestic and international expertise in the design and implementation Of lean solutions for automotive parts fabrication and assembly, life sciences, consumer packaged goods and property preservation industries. Crystal has formulating comprehensive business, operations, and supply chain strategies to reduce costs, improve customer service and drive revenue. Crystal joined Solid Foundation Properties in 2019 with a focus on developing robust systems and processes to support continued growth and exceeding customer expectation.
